يحق لشركة رؤية البيئة المستدامة إلغاء أو إنهاء الحساب الخاص بك في حال انتهاك لهذه الشروط والأحكام والسياسات الإضافية وأي مواد مشار إليها.
بالإضافة يحق لشركة رؤية البيئة المستدامة الاحتفاظ بالمعلومات الشخصية الخاصة بك لدى قاعدة المعلومات الخاصة بها لمدة 60 يوماً ابتداء من تاريخ الإلغاء أو الإنهاء.
في حال طلب العميل لأي سبب كان إلغاء حسابه لدى شركة رؤية البيئة المستدامة فإنها تزيل المعلومات الشخصية من قاعدة بياناتها.
المستخدم لديه الحق في الوصول إلى حساباته واستخدامها، حيث أن المستخدم وحده مسؤول عن معلومات التسجيل في جميع الأوقات وحفظها بشكل سري.
إذا علم المستخدم بأنه تم تسجيل دخول حسابه بشكل غير مصرح من مستخدم آخر عليه إشعار شركة رؤية البيئة المستدامة فوراً عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني Care@envca.com
سوف يظل المستخدم مسؤولاً عن أي نشاطات لهذا الانتهاك حتى يتم إشعار شركة رؤية البيئة المستدامة.
في حال استخدامك لهذه الخدمات فإنك تقر بالالتزام بالتالي:
يحق لشركة رؤية البيئة المستدامة بتعليق أو إنهاء حسابك أو استخدامك للخدمات وفقاً لتقديرها الخاص في حال وجود أي انتهاك سواء فعلي أو مشتبه به لهذه الشروط والأحكام والسياسات والمواد المشار إليها.
المستخدم لديه فرصة من إنشاء أو نشر الآراء والمعلومات بمناطق معينة في الخدمات، وبهذا ننوه بأن شركة رؤية البيئة المستدامة لا تقوم بمراجعة وتصفية أو نشر هذه التعليقات قبل وجودها لدى الخدمات.
حيث هذه التعليقات والآراء لا تعكس شركة رؤية البيئة المستدامة أو الشركات التابعة لها أو الوكلاء حيث إن هذه التعليقات والآراء تعكس وجهة نظر الشخص الذي قام بإنشاء أو نشر.
شركة رؤية البيئة المستدامة ليست مسؤولة عن تلك التعليقات أو الآراء بالإضافة لن يكون هناك التزام عليها أو تعويض عن أضرار ناتجة بسبب إنشائها أو نشر من قبل هذا المستخدم لدى الخدمات.
شركة رؤية البيئة المستدامة لها الحق بالمراقبة وإزالة هذه التعليقات والآراء غير الملائمة أو المسيئة أو تلك المخالفة لهذه الاتفاقية أو شروط الخصوصية.
عند استخدامك للخدمات قد يتم تقديم لك مواد من الطرف الثالث، حيث أنها ليست تحت ملكيتنا أو خاضعة لسيطرتنا، سواء من شركائنا أو مستخدم آخر والتي تتضمن مثال لا الحصر برامج أو مقاطع إعلانية.
لذا ننوه بأن جميع الخدمات والمحتويات للطرف الثالث محمية بقوانين الملكية الفكرية لذا يرجى الاطلاع على سياسة الاستخدام والخصوصية الخاصة بهم حيث أن حدود الاستخدام بما تم تقديمه لكم.
